Sagacity, in association with, Ramathe Chartered Accountants (SA), was formed by Mr. Barry du Toit in 2019, to provide a superior, team-based approach to business recovery. Our mission is to leverage the collective expertise of seasoned Chartered Accountants and legal professionals to deliver successful business rescue and turnaround projects.

Our practitioners are committed to the highest ethical standards and continuous professional development. The team includes senior practitioners Mr. Barry Urban (CA(SA)), partners Mr. Karun Naidoo (CA(SA)) and Mr. Moss Ramathe (CA(SA)), along with Mr. Phillip Coetzer (Attorney) and Mr. Asif Shaik Mohamed (CA(SA)).
